This survey is open to everyone in the broader GLMA community, including current members, past members, and anyone else who has engaged with our work or joined our newsletter.

The GLMA Community Survey is open to anyone connected to our work, including:

- All health professionals, students, trainees, and advocates
- Community partners and collaborators
What You Receive When You Complete the Survey
Everyone who completes the survey will receive:
- A 20% discount code for annual membership dues
- Automatic entry into a sweepstakes for an all-inclusive GLMA Annual Conference package, including registration, roundtrip travel, and three nights of accommodation.
Three winners will be selected. Winners may use their package for either the 2026 or 2027 Annual Conference. Winners will be notified by email, and GLMA staff will coordinate travel and lodging directly with each recipient.

Sweepstakes Details and Eligibility
Survey participants are automatically entered into a random drawing for three all inclusive GLMA Annual Conference packages. Each package includes:
- Full conference registration
- Roundtrip travel to the conference city
- 3 nights of accommodation at the conference hotel
- $200 Visa prepaid card for miscellaneous expenses
The package may be redeemed for the 2026 or 2027 Annual Conference. The 2026 conference dates and location will be announced soon.

The code can be used by new members when they join GLMA, or by current members when renewing inside their member portals.
