Amicus Brief Filed Against Missouri Law Criminalizing HIV

GLMA joined numerous organizations in filing an amicus brief opposing Missouri’s law criminalizing HIV transmission and exposure. GLMA joined the amicus brief in support of Michael Johnson, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison under the law, which was organized by the Center for HIV Law and Policy.
